Alaska is a rugged place for rugged people. The idea of luxury travel is a foreign concept. We're boarding our plane from ANC to FAI via the runway apron. I shot this image of the front of the plane - "first class" in the Lower 48 means "stand up and hold on" here in this rugged land. Why? Because its tougher in Alaska.
